Vettedly Privacy Notice

Vettedly collects information submitted through directory, free suggestions and profile claims, sponsored placement, review campaign, AI visibility audit, and job advertising forms, including company, contact, listing, payment-reference, and analytics information needed to review, publish, and operate the site.

Vettedly may create and maintain public-source profile data for AI tools using public websites, vendor pages, and other publicly available sources. Vendors may submit corrections or claim context, but Vettedly reviews changes before publication.

Vettedly Jobs does not host candidate resumes, candidate profiles, candidate matching, candidate ranking, or AI screening. Candidate applications happen on external employer sites.

We may use service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, analytics, hosting, and email tools to process submissions, payments, security checks, and operational communications.
